- Professional and multifunctional butane torch for pastry, gastronomy and cooking: ideal for caramelising sugar and meringues, grating, heating and melting. <br>The refillable tank contains 64 ml of butane, which brings the temperature of the flame up to 1300°C (or 2400° F) for 60 minutes.<br>The flame is adjustable and there is a button for the continuous flame. The handle is non-slip. Gas not included.
