- Operation of the professional chocolate fountain Chocobig Evolution is very simple. Thanks to the new stainless steel tub, disassembly is also quick and easy. The shape of the bowl can be easily removed, without having to empty it, and is designed to prevent the chocolate from spilling out when disassembling for easy cleaning. The temperature control knob allows for prolonged use, while protecting the professional chocolate fountain from overheating thanks to the automatic switch-off.
